The evening begins on our open air verandah overlooking beautiful Lobster Bay. Meet and mingle with others while indulging in a glass of Benjamin Bridge Nova7, and freshly prepared Eastern Shore Mussels and Bay of Fundy Clams.
The evening continues in our ocean view dining room where you will be greeted with a warm cup of chowder paired with a glass of NS wine as you embark on a seafood focused culinary journey. The next course will be a poached scallop salad alongside greens grown on our property, tossed in champagne vinaigrette. Following the scallops is handmade fresh pasta consisting of locally caught lobster, seafood, and freshly picked herbs, all paired with Tidal Bay wine. Then on to the fish course, which will be hand selected by Chef Jonathan Joseph to assure freshness and quality. The fish will be prepared with fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs, and paired with an NS wine.
Lastly, dessert will feature local berries and be accompanied by a dessert wine, made in NS of course.
Throughout the evening chef Jonathan will be your culinary guide, along with sommelier Dawn Nickerson-Ramsey.
After the feast has concluded, everyone will gather around the fire pit to enjoy some good cheer and sample NS beer and locally inspired cocktails, under the darkest skies in North America.
